TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Please READ carefully. By purchasing this product, the following Terms and Conditions are entered into by Glenda Clark (ABN 77 230 131 846) (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) and You (“Client” or “You”), and You agree to the following terms stated herein.

PROGRAM / SERVICE / RESOURCE

Glenda Clark (herein referred to as the “Company”) agrees to provide the online program, product, or resource (herein referred to as the “Program” or “Resource”) as identified in the online shopping cart at the time of purchase.

As a condition of participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by and abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference.

As part of the Program, the Company shall provide the following to the Client:

A Password-Protected Program Area:
The Company shall maintain a Program Area that may include video, audio, and written lessons, templates, worksheets, checklists, slide decks, and other training or support materials. You shall have access to this Program Area for the duration that the product is offered for sale.

From time to time, the Company may offer bonuses to individuals who sign up for the Program. You shall be entitled to any bonuses offered to you at the time of your enrollment. Bonuses are not guaranteed to remain available and may vary across live and automated promotions throughout the year.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all programs do not include one-on-one coaching. Participation in the Program does not create an individual coaching schedule, though direct feedback may be available through group coaching calls, online communities, or similar support environments.

DISCLAIMER

The Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Except as modified herein, those policies apply fully to your participation in the Program.

The Client understands that Glenda Clark, and any associated coaches, consultants, or contractors (herein referred to as “Consultants”), are not employees, agents, lawyers, doctors, managers, therapists, public relations or business managers, registered dieticians, financial analysts, psychotherapists, or accountants. Each Client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results, including their physical, emotional, mental, and financial well-being.

The Client understands that the Consultant has not promised, shall not be obligated to, and will not:

  1. Procure or attempt to procure employment, clients, or business opportunities for the Client;

  2. Perform business management functions, including accounting, tax, or investment consulting;

  3. Act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counselling, or behavioural therapy;

  4. Act as a public relations or marketing manager;

  5. Act as a publicist to procure publicity or media exposure;

  6. Introduce the Client to the Consultant’s network of contacts, media partners, or business partners.

Client understands that no relationship exists between the parties outside of the provision of the purchased Program or Resource.

This Program is not a get-rich-quick scheme, and the Company makes no guarantees of income, success, or results. Each individual’s success depends on factors such as dedication, motivation, and personal circumstances. You accept the risk of not achieving desired results from your participation.

FEES

In consideration of your access to the Program or Resource, you agree to pay the fees indicated at checkout.

All prices are in USD where applicable.

You may not cancel or avoid payments except as provided in the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend your access to the Program.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the immediate digital nature of the Program, refunds are not provided. All payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the full payment of fees regardless of whether you access or complete the Program.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Company respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any information you provide except as set forth in this Agreement. As a condition of participation, you agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and the Company’s proprietary information.

You shall not share, reproduce, or distribute any materials or content from the Program without express written consent. This includes templates, methods, processes, and strategies that are the intellectual property of the Company.

NO TRANSFER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided through the Program—including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, and training materials—is the property of Glenda Clark and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use only. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or sell any materials without express written permission.

Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You agree to act with integrity and professionalism while participating in the Program. You are solely responsible for your success, results, and implementation of the information provided. The Company provides education and guidance only; the application is up to you.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship. The Company provides educational information only and is not providing legal, medical, or financial advice.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be held liable or in breach for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, technical failures, or government restrictions.

SEVERABILITY / WAIVER

If any term of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

MISCELLANEOUS

You agree to absolve the Company of any liability or loss resulting from use of the Program.
The Program and its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Company makes no representations regarding accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation. If dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to discontinue participation.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

You agree not to engage in any conduct, public or private, that could reasonably be construed as disparaging or damaging to the reputation of Glenda Clark, her programs, team, or affiliates.

ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without express written consent from the Company.

MODIFICATION

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Company’s website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Program if you breach these Terms or behave inappropriately in the community or during coaching calls. No refunds will be issued, and any remaining payments remain due.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glenda Clark, her contractors, employees, and affiliates from any loss, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation or breach of this Agreement.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

You hereby waive any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Program.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively under the laws and jurisdiction of Queensland, Australia.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

Every effort has been made to accurately represent this product and its potential. However, there is no guarantee that you will earn any income or achieve specific results using the information provided. Examples of success are illustrative and not promises of what you will achieve.

Your level of success depends on your personal effort, time, and skills. The Program is not a get-rich-quick scheme.
